The Tides Beach Club Condominium Association has been awarded a Gold rating by the Florida Communities Certification Association (FCCA). Gold is the FCCA's highest rating category.
The FCCA is an independent, not-for-profit organization created to bring transparency to Florida's condominium associations. Its Rating Committee reviewed three years of the association's financials, reserves, insurance, governance, and building records, and found very strong financial stability and operational excellence, including a strong recovery after Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
